So much of what we struggle with today isn’t just about what’s happening in the present. Often, it’s connected to unresolved experiences, subconscious beliefs, and emotional patterns formed earlier in life — many of which were created before we even had the words to understand them.
Root Cause Therapy works with the subconscious mind and nervous system to uncover the deeper emotional roots behind the thoughts, behaviours, reactions, and relationship patterns you experience today.
Because while the conscious mind may try to move on, the body and subconscious can continue holding onto unresolved emotions, survival responses, and limiting beliefs long after the original experience has passed. Together, we gently trace patterns back to where they first began.

These beliefs often form during emotionally overwhelming or stressful experiences, especially in childhood, and can quietly shape how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through life.
In sessions, we don’t just talk about the pattern intellectually — we work with the subconscious and the body to help your system safely process and release what has been stored beneath the surface. This might show up as emotions, sensations, memories, insights, or shifts in awareness.
You don’t need to force anything, relive trauma, or have perfect memories for healing to happen.
Instead, we work gently and collaboratively, allowing your mind and body to reveal only what feels safe and ready to be processed. You remain in control the entire time. We slow down and listen to what your system has been trying to communicate — whether that’s a tight chest, a lump in the throat, emotional numbness, anxiety, overwhelm, or recurring emotional patterns.
Rather than pushing those experiences away, we create space for them to be safely processed so your nervous system no longer has to carry them in the same way.

Investment: I believe that my services should be accessible to all so I do offer various options including accessible rates. Up to 8 sessions are recommended and each session is up to 2 hours in length. You can pay per session or bundle your sessions into a package and save. Sessions are offered online.
